KKR Credit Opportunities Portfolio

The Fund aims for attractive risk-adjusted returns and high current income through two primary credit strategies: Opportunistic Credit and Private Credit. The former employs a diversified portfolio across asset classes, emphasizing higher yields from market dislocations and event-driven positions. The latter focuses on contractual interest payments, emphasizing principal protection through investments in underserved or mispriced asset classes. The Fund allocates 70-80% to Opportunistic Credit and 20-30% to Private Credit, subject to review based on market conditions. Investments include senior and subordinated corporate debt, convertible securities, and structured products, with flexibility to invest globally and in below investment grade instruments.
