Waihan joined ARK in January 2022. In her role as Due Diligence Manager, she supports ARK’s product positioning and company branding through the creation of investment proposals and questionnaires. Prior to joining ARK, Waihan worked as an Investor Relations Senior Associate at White Oak Global Advisors (“White Oak”), where she was responsible for managing investor due diligence workflows and producing marketing materials across various private credit strategies. Prior to White Oak, Waihan was an Investor Relations Associate at Menlo Equities, where she serviced existing investors and supported the fundraise of their flagship real estate fund. Waihan received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, with minors in Chinese Language and Agricultural & Natural Resources Law, from University of Florida and her Master of Science in Finance from Villanova University.
